4) I understand that QualityDiscountScooters is not responsible for proper and improper use of merchandise sold. QualityDiscountScooters.com cannot be held responsible for any injuries and/or legal issues that arise from owning or riding a scooter/bike.

5) I understand that all sales are final, and products cannot be returned unless the scooter is deemed un-repairable by X-treme Technical Support. If there are defective parts and/or shipping damage, then X-treme Scooters and QualityDiscountScooters.com will issue replacement parts free of charge as per the terms of the warranty and our store policy.
