Shipping Information

We ship daily via FedEx, DHL, & Freight ground service. Your order will reach you fairly fast, usually within 1-6 business days!

We ONLY ship to US addresses. We ship the XB-series of scooters to Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote to Canada.

Orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours.

You should receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking number after your shipment is prepared. 

All products are shipped from warehouses located in Iowa. Shipping time to the far east and west coast is about 4-6 days, while Florida is typically 3-4 days. Around the midwest, your shipment should reach you within 1-2 days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

We do not offer COD.

FedEx does not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays and the day it ships for ground service.
